Bookings are subject to the following conditions which are deemed to be accepted in full once the booking deposit and booking form have been received and confirmed by us.

Bookings

Acceptance of your booking on any course are at the discretion of Seawhite Art Courses

Booking Deposit

For face to face courses ( not online or pre-recorded ) a booking deposit of 30% or £50 if a one day course, is required to secure your place. Deposit payments are to be paid within 7 days of booking, and we will be entitled to cancel your place on the course if this is not received on time. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before commencement of the course. This final payment date will be indicated on your course confirmation invoice. If we do not receive the balance on time we will be entitled to cancel your booking.

Student Cancellations - Face to Face Courses

Should you need to cancel your place, please advise us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to find a new student to replace you.  If we are successful, a full refund or transfer of funds will be issued to you - minus an administration charge of £50.00 per booking.  If we are unsuccessful in securing a new student, a refund or transfer of funds will not be possible.

Student Cancellations - Live online Courses

All of our live online courses are recorded and all students are given access to these for 30 days after the course finishes (unless stated otherwise).  Because of this, refunds or transfers are not permitted for our online courses, as students can complete the course using the recordings if they are no longer able to join in the live sessions.

Course Changes and Cancellations made by Seawhites

In the unlikely event of a change to, or cancellation of a course you will be given the option to cancel with a full refund of any monies paid. Any refund is restricted to the course cost and we are not liable for any cancellation or administrative charges for travel arrangements etc.

Personal Property

Students should safeguard personal property as Seawhites cannot be responsible for loss of, or damage to personal belongings from the studio or the car park. Whilst care will be taken by the tutors and Seawhites, students must take out their own insurance for loss or damage to personal property. The studio is a working area and paint will get onto clothing and belongings so students must dress appropriately.

Safety

Students working on location are advised not to work out of sight or sound of at least one other student.
